"I could not have been treated better"

I purchased a new 2011 Kia Optima EX w/ the premium package in February 2011 from Arlington Kia in Palatine. I could not have been treated better. Their internet sales person, Anna, went out of her way to help me with a quote on the vehicle I wanted. My salesman, Bill, was extremely knowledgable regarding the Optima and was not the least bit pushy. Mike, the new car manager, was helpful and easy to deal with. John, the finance manager, got me though all the paperwork quickly and with a smile.

Overall, this was one of the best new car purchase I ever ever made. All the  Arlington Kia staff were friendly, professional and not your typical new car sales people. With a very small amount of haggling regarding the price I was able to purchase my new Optima at the price I considered more than reasonable.

So roll the dice and give Arlington Kia in Palatine a chance to quote you a price on your next new car purchase. You won't be sorry. I wasn't !

P.S. The new Optima is fanastic. It drives and looks like a luxury brand vehicle but for less than half the price. I get compliments on it almost everytime I take it out for a spin.

"Daughters first car"


I had a great experience this past weekend when purchasing my daughter her first car. I was very skeptical about purchasing a used vehicle as my daughter's car because she will be leaving for college in a few months and we needed something reliable.

The staff at Arlington Kia helped put my mind at ease and ultimately identified the perfect choice for our needs. The vehicle was clean, had a clean record and will be great on gas.

I will definatly come back to Arlington Kia in a few years when we purchase a used vehicle for our son.

"I had to buy a car..."

I recently purchased a pre owned Kia Forte from Arlington Kia and could not be any happier with my experience. I didn't even want a new car, but I HAD to buy another car. My expectations were totally blown away by my salesman and the pre owned manager. To be honest I was expecting the worst after the previous two dealership experiences I had that day! I couldn't have been treated better by my salesman and the pre owned manager. I explained to them that I needed a new car that was great on gas, but most of all that I could afford. My salesman and the pre owned manager came to my rescue by showing me SEVERAL vehicles that would work within my price range!! I WAS THRILLED THAT I WASN'T TREATED LIKE A MORON AND HOW AWESOME EVERYONE WAS!!! So simple!!! I picked the car I wanted, got the payment I wanted, and was driving my new car home in no time at all. This was by far the most honest and fair dealership I have ever dealt with. In fact, I purchased a 2011 Kia Soul Exclaim for my wife in January and two months later bought a Kia Sorento SX for myself. Each employee and manager was very helpful through out the sales process. I felt that in both cases the sales staff worked to make sure to explain the features of the vehicle to make sure that it would meet my needs. Then when it came to working the pricing, the process was handled in the most professional manner and not the frustrating time consuming approach I have experienced at other dealerships. I also had the opportunity to meet the service department employees and feel very confident that any service needs will be taken care of quickly when the time comes for me to utilize their full service department. I definitely will recommend Arlington Kia to my friends and would tell anyone else looking for a new or used car to include them in their search.

From the time I first called Arlington Kia in Palatine and spoke with Dwight (who was more than patient as I asked my list of questions about a brand I knew little about) and with whom I worked a few weeks later once I made decision to purchase, through the expert handling by John of all the paperwork attached to buying a new vehicle, Frederico who did the last minute pre-delivery detailing, I was and remain thoroughly impressed. The associates at this particular dealership are courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly (without being pushy!) I?m a tough person to please and very skeptical of salespeople in general, but my experience was nothing less than positive. If you?re considering the Kia brand, stop by this dealership ? I think you?ll be similarly impressed.
